30-Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

You may open, inflate, set up, and reasonably test your item. The item must not be intentionally damaged, misused, excessively used, or missing any included parts or accessories.

We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and simple instructions on how to send it back.

There are no restocking fees or hidden return fees.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, leaking, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or develops a manufacturing-related leak during normal use within 30 days of delivery, we’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your current item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you when your refund has been processed.

Approved refunds are automatically returned to your original payment method within 7 business days.
